The AI support is superficial and does not provide enough detail to really help. Tends to be circular and appears not to know the levels (drill down) to get to the solution. I opted for the free upgrade to online but that was a mistake.
This was very complicated. The tax expert helped, but didnt get things figured out 100% for me

Recurring bugs and frustrating "free filing" issue

I’ve been using TurboTax for years, but I’m tired of the same recurring bugs. Every year, I struggle with entering vehicle information. The system automatically populates certain fields with zeros and then throws an error saying those fields must be empty. Since the form isn't fully interactive, it’s impossible to fix. I’m forced to select a different ownership type because the system simply won't accept a leased vehicle entry.
Additionally, as a QBSE bundle subscriber, I’m entitled to one free federal and one state filing. Almost every year, activating this benefit is a nightmare. This year, support told me to just "pay first and we will refund you later." It’s a huge waste of time. It’s disappointing that such basic technical issues haven't been fixed after all these years.
