Sucks this year

Terrible interface this year. Very confusing questionaire. Pages frequently hung and never came back. Filled out forms multiple times and the info wasn't saved. At one point I was sent to a page to share my screen (no way) and tere was no escape from that screen.

Overall experience was good. I had a little trouble following the instructions but I got through it. When I had a question I was able to get help quickly and it resolved my situation.

Turbo tax was easy to use and made filing our taxes pretty easy and streamlined.

While the service itself is easy to use, it is riddled with trick questions that could easily get someone to purchase a service they neither want nor need. Additionally, many of the "help" icons provide very little useful information, and the information that is provided is not always relevant to the question. The service gets the job done, but make sure you read the fine print so you don't accidentally sign up for an extra service you don't need.

It's ok, but watch out for hidden expenses...

It is a very good tax program, but it keeps threating you to pay more if you don't complete it by a specific date. When I had the actual program, I could wait until when ever to do it because I had the program on my computer. This is the first and last time to use the online version.

I have trusted Turbo Tax for several years and have admiration for the software to complete returns. I do wish there were more clarity at the end to way to go to save a copy on my computer and print a copy.
