This edition of Turbo Tax has some kinks

I've used Turbo Tax for many years. This year the format and many questions were quite different and often difficult to understand and follow. I accessed Turbo Tax support twice and found staff to be very helpful and informative. In both cases they were initially stymied by my problems but eventually were able to help me solve my problems

Turbo Tax is awesome and trustworthy

I have used Turbo Tax for at least ten years and I will keep coming back in future years. I switched from another well known online tax service when I did taxes side by side and Turbo found more (legit!) deductions/credits for me. TT prepopulates the previous years' data and best of all, my many forms all auto-imported in without any issues or manual entry! I still double check though LOL I appreciate the easy to use format, especially the left hand navigation pane so I can jump around to sections. The only negative was I had to delete my original form that I started because I had not realized I selected a higher level of service than what was needed. I was not able to downgrade services. But as everything re-populated with the lower service, it's all good. I trust Turbo Tax and will continue to use them.

Everything was self explanatory and not predatory like some sites that keep trying to trick you
Pros: My employment status changed this year, I bought or sold investments
