I hate that I have to keep reconfirming that I do not want to be upsold on tax products. If I tell you once, then I don't want you to keep asking me.
The help section is unhelpful...if I ask about something specifically, then that is what I need answered.
When I upload a document and you ask me to enter the information from box 12 and I'm telling you there is no box 12, but then I get stuck in this loop about a non-existent box.
Lastly, you need to update your tax information regarding the state of Colorado: it does have paid family leave, the program started January 2024.

Turbo Tax is easy to use and accommodates all the issues I had. I did run into one issue because it insisted on knowing my mortgage company, but I don't have a mortgage. I got TT help within 5 minutes, by phone, and the agent helped me to resolve the issue.
