Confusing

Harder to do this year from previous years ... too many hoops, need to make easier to understand without always upselling for extra help. I thought about going to HR Block because of this.

Sometimes simple, sometimes annoyingly complicated

Some aspects where nice in terms of making it simple. However, it was quite annoying for the oversell multiple times on products. Not sure why but it kept prompting me to change my 1099-DIV zip address as it thought it was incorrect (it wasn't) but Turbotax wrongly assumed the form State location (put the payer's state address in for my own). Frustratingly, I could not edit the actual problem of the state being wrong, so had to instead do it by hand. Would expect it to be able to change form info easier

TurboTax is Easy to Use and Gives Me Peace of Mind

I've used TurboTax a number of times over the years, including the last 3 or 4 years. It is easy to use. I feel confident as I'm working my way through, knowing my questions will be answered. This year I had to amend my returns for the first time ever (I forgot that I received a 1099-S and wanted to make sure any gains were calculated correctly). TurboTax made the amendment(s) easy. Even though my bottom line didn't change, it was the right thing to do and I appreciated TurboTax working through the process.
