Experience is easy. I was nervous because I have a small business and thought the process would be extremely difficult. However, Turbo Tax made it very easy with its step-by-step process.

Overall a very good service. The definitions and FAQs as you go are great. It's not always clear when you upload or tie in documents of if they are for the current year, or the prior year.

UI is very easy to use, like the W2/1099 auto download feature and the capability to pull info from previous year's files, the side-bar guide is very helpful

Too expensive

TurboTax doesn't give a comprehensive breakdown of where their numbers are coming from, so I can't cross reference my information. This year it took me 5x as long to file my taxes than what the "beat the clock" said. TurboTax is too expensive. Filling taxes should be easy, which it could be if not for the company lobbying our government to make filing taxes complicated so that they can make a profit off of this.
