Average is what I give Turbo Tax

Not that Taxes are ever easy. I found Turbo Tax not like previous years where what was entered was seen easily ! I kept going back & forth trying to find the numbers entered. DO NOT HIDE DATA ENTRIES ! Also had a hard time entering my stock trades. WHY does it have to be so hard ? Other things were very easy.

longtime user of DVD, new user to online service

Took longer to complete than last year, using the DVD and updating online. Last year's info on sources of income and charitable donations apparently wasn't available to the on-line version. I hope this will not be a problem next year. I had a problem entering a 1099-R for one particular payer, your agent worked patiently with me trying to find a solution. Eventually I had to delete that entry and re-enter it.
