Turbo tax is good, but needs better online support

Product is useful, however support is below standard. if you are based out side of the US, there is no online help. You have to have a US number to call. If you can't call, then too bad. You can rely on the community , but given that we are buying this product I would expect better online service. Why isn't there an e-mail address to write a question to? Additionally logging onto Turbo tax initially is terrible. I was forced to change my password several times over as many days because Turbo Tax did not accept that I had moved overseas since last year and so the old phone number was incorrect. It couldn't/wouldn't send the required code to the verified e-mail address (nobody has addressed this issue to date) and last year's authenticator was not an option for logging on. Disappointed.

I don't like that you lobby against the feds just sending us our taxes but you daved me more than others... I checked w other providers and it took me like 4 hours and 7 beers but i did it. you got me like $1k more than the others so gold star for you

Hidden Fees - $40 when you pay with your refund

Once you hit the option to pay the turbo tax fees with your refund it charges an extra $40 dollars and you cannot go back and change this to pay with credit card. Basically a scam. I still use it. And hopefully I will remember next year not to pay the extra $40.

Turbo Tax is great!

Turbo Tax is very easy to use and really makes the headache of filing taxes simplified and uncomplicated. The ability to upload or import your tax forms and documents really makes the tax filing process quick and easy as it auto-fills your information for you based on the documents you upload. It's a great tax filing product!
