Slow to load; not great for military circumstances

It seemed the software was very slow to load multiple times when trying to access different pages throughout the web app. When I clicked documents, I only ever received a loading wheel. It never loaded properly, timed out, nor gave an error message.
Also, is there an option to have military couples choose where their income is from and have it work properly? Even though the option is there to choose, it doesn't work properly as my military pay is not taxed from my state; while my wife, as a resident of another state, was not able to separate her income correctly.

Tubotax is super user friendly and offers the highest refund amounts possible with the most tax breaks. I definitely recommend it to first time as well as novice users!

Straightforward, a bit pricy, but better Returns!

The process was straightforward and informative. With the early bird discount, it was still ~40% more expensive than going to my previous tax professional (though my returns are very simple). On top of that, a third-party affiliate discount link was broken, and neither Turbo Tax nor the third party was helpful in getting me a functional link in a week's time before the early bird deadline. ** All that being said, the (tentative) refund was much better than my previous preparer's, so it still paid off in the end.
