LT TT user. . .similar complaints each yr. . .

As each use, it would be helpful if the "continue" and/or "save" buttons were made visible on the screen; w/out having to scroll down. . .if a page extends beyond bottom of screen put an arrow/visual que; and allow the continue and save buttons at top and bottom. . .some "if" situations are not well described or interviewed in the long list of possible scenarios. . .many are; but not all. . .so a greater level of uncertainty is experienced w/out the associated interview prompts. . .also, a step-by-step outline should precede the actual electronic filing. . .as there are about 7 steps, not remembered from year to year; which tripped me up this (forgetful) year, once I got my TurboTax receipt. . .that was not the conclusion of my electronic filing! So thanks to expert/telephone assistance from Mr. Frederix on 2/5/25 to get my filing completed. . .Grazie!!!

It's easy to use, and help is available. The only problem I have with TurboTax is the amount of funds they take out when it starts to be a free file.
