It did the job but did not work as well as in past

I never could see the amount of my refund until after I paid. I even looked in help and it said I should see it, but I could not.
It did not tell me there were forms being updated by TurboTax until after I paid and tried to submit. They said they would notify me when the forms were complete, but I was never notified and had to remember to go in and try to submit again.

Awful

Last year, I had a return of my taxes for around 1500. This year I had to pay. IT DOES NOT MAKE SENSE. Besides, I was to file what I "needed to pay" and then you oblige me, literally, to pay!!!!

I've been using Turbo Tax to self-prepare my taxes for over a decade. It is easy and explains everything well. We should be taught this stuff in high school!
