The software is easy to use however this time for some reason it was a hassle trying to submit because the code you all now require be sent to my email address NEVER made it which caused me to have to update with a new email. I have used that original email for years with you all and get emails from you all yet it would NOT send the code.

I have been using Turbo Tax for several years. However.... I can't exactly say why, but the interface this year was nonsensical. It was like a corn maze. Yeah, I got everything done but I went down a lot of pointless dead end links, and I'm still not sure what information I agreed to share with Turbo Tax. I feel like I was in a social engineering experiment. Unless Turbo Tax is more transparent and more intuitive, I will look for another way to prepare my return next year.
