Most of the product is easy to use. I had an issue with the product failing to remove certain types of expenses that I had last year but did not have this year. It failed to remove them when deleted, then gave me errors at the final stage of filing because the entry fields were blank. I like the fact that previous years' categories are carried over, but they need to be able to be cleanly deleted if they are no longer applicable.

A little dissapointing

This year was a lot more confusing than years past. I couldn't download things I downloaded in the past. I was unclear about my wife's pension. I was also uncertain about certain about some of your figures without being able to view a worksheet.

Too expensive. A monopoly. And I had to delete my entire return and start over because it got caught in a loop. Would not recommend.
