I've used TurboTax to file my taxes for the last couple years and I don't plan on stopping. Navigation in pretty simple and there are articles that help if I ever get stuck.

I love turbo tax! It's walks you through the process so easily. Taxes can be intimidating enough already because we don't know everything about taxes other than we have to pay them. This makes taxes easy!

not a good experience

Difficult this year. Turbotax failure to communicate with Vanguard took extra time. Then they did not at first allow me to enter qualified charitable distributions. overall, took twice as long as usual
