TurboTax: Not as easy as it used to be

In the past, we have really found TurboTax to be a helpful tool for filing our taxes, However, this year, it was really a pain to use. It was difficult to navigate, and honestly, once we tell you a couple of times that we don't want Max, just let us alone about it.

Turbo Tax a Great Tool

For the most part the process is easy to follow and nice to have explanations when needed. Gives me a good sense of security that the taxes are done right knowing that someone is always available to ask questions. A bit more expensive than I would like.

Easy to use and explains everything. Even if you aren't sure, they offer live assistance. We have saved so much on filing since using TurboTax.

Overall my experience was awesome. The only issue I had was the fact that there was not a lot of inromation on the fact that my Missouri return was not able to be filed. I am active military and am statioined in Missouri therefore I should be exempt from all taxes from the state. I have to file later and there was no specificity as to when I am able to file the return or what documentation I need.
