I've used Turbo Tax for years, I like knowing the process and it is more affordable than paying someone else to do my taxes for me. I think the wizard could be faster, and I wish it were easier to hide/show income and credits once added (I like to know how much a certain line of income affects my taxes, etc.). But all in all it's great and I'll keep using it!

My experience, in both preparing the tax forms with TurboTax as well as consulting with a Live Assistant, was excellent. I highly recommend TurboTax to other taxpayers!
