Easy to follow, line by line assistance and checks. Makes sure that you have your information in all the right places and double checks everything with you.

Ease of use in most areas. Navigation is a bit janky but still navigable. No option to chat to an agent in the chat help box. That would be very helpful.

Disappointing, more difficult than previous years

It took way too much time. The interface with Morgan Stanley was abysmal. Explanations from the bot were useless. The contact with live customer support was acceptable.

importing data directly from brokerages is decent.
Pros: My employment status changed this year, I bought or sold investments

I really do not appreciate being spammed with Credit Karma at the end of all of this... super annoying. I was confused and somehow signed up for it by accident. Now they have all of my information for no reason
