extras stink

It kind of stinks the add ons are expensive. I was forced to sell a stock for a gain of $1 and the form to represent that cost $20.

Does it's job well

I always choose the simplest version without any Tax Experts for filing. It does it's job but I still always have to doublecheck. On occasion, when I upload the tax forms manually for it to get info from I find mistakes, like it pulls numbers from into wrong boxes, which is weird. Otherwise, I like the explanations that they provide for each chapter and answers to how they calculate things. Price is reasonable, especially with early filing.

I have used Turbo Tax for several years now and have always been happy. This year is the exception. Twice I thought I had send in my taxes only to find that was not the case. I was audited for State Taxes for 2022 when, again, my return didn't get filed apparently. This is not acceptable. I have had to review the complete the same closing info three times now and that isn't acceptable either!!
