TurboTax is a great system

Very easy to use, explains how all the credits work and why you may or may not qualify for certain ones. It keeps the process seamless which is helpful for these more complex tax returns.
Pros: My employment status changed this year, I bought or sold investments, I had a baby

The challenge of not being able to see forms as I go along makes me question the accuracy of what I'm doing / entering.
I did end up talking with a rep and Kiara was patient and able to help me through the "last challenge"
