Filing on the site is helpful as it provides excellent guidance ... Call Turbo tax is not as easy as you can be on the phone too long to obtain resolving an issue.
Pros: My employment status changed this year

I love Turbo Tax, I have used it for years and even as things get more complicated, I still feel confident in my ability to navigate the returns with all the prompts and help Turbo Tax offers and I know, I can always chat to a live tax professional if needed!
