Turbo Tax was so easy to work through

I was unsure of some of the 1099 forms and Turbo Tax made it easy. Turbos Tax explained every step of the way

Too cumbersome

Used to old system when I received a disk. Much easier. This new format makes you to provide all your info from the start. Much more time to fill out forms. Don't like. too labor intensive.

Free????

I was incredibly disappointed to see that there was no free option for filing through TurboTax. The advertising ("Free. Free free free free free," etc.) feels awfully deceiving. Left a bad taste in my mouth for sure.
