New local tax efiling needs work

Everything went fine as usual with the exception that for 2024 TurboTax added the ability to efile for local taxes. One of the submittal was rejected due to TurboTax not including my completed State tax form in the efiling. I ended up having to do it myself.

Quicker and saved BIG

After using a different application for over 10 years, I kept having problems with their program and needed to call on their support team because of coding errors. I gave up after many hours spent over several days. I completed Turbo Tax in one hour, 9 minutes; got a bigger refund and found I didn't actually owe my State $2,500.

I like using Turbotax to file my takes because it's easy to use. I do not like all the extra fees. It also does not let me file for free even though I qualify because I am low income.
