Overall, an excellent product. Love importing financial info; saves a bunch of data entry.
One star off - would an option to select a particular question from a full list of the questions, rather than having to cycle through all the preceding questions in a section to get to what I need to change.

Apparently you have updated your website yet again, and this year it was awful. Between lagging webpages making typing anything in a literal chore (No it's not my computer... or my end...) Randomly while typing if you hit backspace to correct something your lovely webpage would dump me pack to the new homepage that is no where near what it used to be. I have lost over 7 years of my tax paperwork because y'all no longer keep them stored for me to print at my leisure? And apparently, if I go into edit a form or income, and go back. It'd delete the whole section. Also your brain dead AI that you and every lazy company is shoehorning into their products randomly says I need to add ANOTHER 10-99 line, and when I do, it doubles my taxes. Then when I remove it, it's like "Oh you're fine!" so why did it randomly decide I needed to add another line of 10-99 income? Just to double my taxes, then when I delete that line it acts like it never needed it? Running the company into the ground to please stockholders and shysters.

Turbo Tax is the reason I have to pay to file my taxes. And why I have to file instead of the government just sending a check/bill each year. Companies like TurboTax need to stop lobbying for their interests at the expense of actual citizens.

Turbo could do better

I submitted my 2024 returns online through Turbotax. I submitted returns using Turbo tax desktop version in 2022 and 2023. Several critical information was not carried forward, such as my son's SSN number was old one that I had to updated to get the child credit and the prior year Adjusted income had to be manually verified before submitting my return.
Pros: I bought or sold investments
