Very easy to use. This is our 4th year. Switched from using a CPA and this is less expensive with excellent outcome.

I found TurboTax, for the most part, to be self explanatory and easy to use. The only problem I had was with the RMD which I had no idea what that was (1st time preparing my own taxes). I had to do a little research before I got the figures plugged in correctly.
