The actual product is great. The constant attempts to upsell products and services during the process of working on your tax return is annoying and confusing. You have to be a bit savvy to avoid additional costs and sharing of your information with other parties. I've used Turbo Tax for years. I'm less impressed with it over recent years due as I have to be on high alert to avoid being tricked into buying or paying for something I do not want.

TurboTax is so easy

I had my taxes done last year by a tax preparer due to the sale of real estate and death of my spouse. But I felt I could use turbo tax this year as I have done in previous years. It is so easy, and I did not have much to report. There is always help if you need it.

Downloads were difficult.

First year that I down loaded the files to do my taxes and a business return. The transfer was difficult and I had problems that required on line assistance from one of your support people. The support person was great, got me up and running. I didn't experience issues in the past buying and installing the disc.
