Turbo Tax is alright.

I have been filing with Turbo Tax for years. They walk me through the process with some understanding and not so understanding. It can be frustrating doing your taxes and you not understanding your tax situation. I feel like often times Turbo Tax is not understanding my tax situation. I worked on my taxes for nine hours and then got them done and ready to file and the program did not have some of my forms and I had to wait to file, and they took the money to file, and my taxes were sitting in limbo until forms were ready. Every year I pay to have my taxes done, but as a returning customer for many years I feel I should get a cost break in the fee to file.
