Online version not as good as the download version

First year I used the online version, had 20 years experience with the download version. The online version does not walk you thru all the prompts for specific items as well as the download. I had to search for where to input income and deduction entries that I needed to enter. I did reach out to the online community to find how to resolve one of those instances and they were extremely prompt and helpful. I also did not see any option to download my return with all the worksheets as I wished, only the return could be downloaded.
