Easy and quick!

TurboTax is simple and quick as long as you have everything! I've been using them since I turned 18 and they have easy step by step processes.

Have been using TurboTax basically as long as I’ve been working, and it continues to be consistent in being quick, accurate and easy to use on your own. Will forever recommend this product to other taxpayers.

Turbo Tax Helps Me Yearly!

I have used Turbo Tax for many years now. It is my go-to during tax season. My kids use it too! It is easy and explains steps along the way. I am always relieved when my taxes are finished!

Annoying software bug

The software has a very annoying bug in the code that uploads tax forms from investment companies. It reads from Copy C, which has additional information of value only to the individual, rather than Copy 2, which is the official version prepared for the IRS. This means that one form can be split into multiple forms, which triggers the code that catches duplicate forms. The only way around this is to delete all the forms and enter all the data by hand. Given the cost of TurboTax, this bug needs to be fixed. Unfortunately, there doesn't seem to be any way to report bugs.
