Deceptive and Horrible

Incredibly stressful to constantly have to stay on the alert to avoid the "dark patterns" that attempt to sign you up to other services and grab your data at every turn!

Disappointed in form 8283 delay

I love Turbo Tax and have been using it for years. However, this is the first year I was disappointed that I wasn't able to file my taxes due to form 8283 not being updated. The part that was irritating is that Turbo Tax had taken my money before notifying me of this delay. I could have filed by paper or through another tax system or continued with Turbo Tax, but wasn't given the option to make that decision. Not cool.

This software for filing income taxes was easy, quick and informative. I enjoyed the ability of the explanation of each potential tax scenario when I needed. Each step provided the ability to quickly explain which scenario should/would/could apply to my personal tax situation. I felt like I received the appropriate amount of return this year.

Overall, it is a very easy experience filing taxes through TurboTax. Each section is explained well, and I like that I can go back if needed to fix mistakes or review items as needed.
