Fairly Easy to Use

In general, I found Turbo Tax fairly easy to use. There are a few areas that were difficult to do such as entering prior year state refund carried over current year, etc.

A little difficult to use

The program did not take me back "to where I left off". I was constantly looped through the opportunity to purchase a more expensive service. Also, the instruction on how to fix a problem with my 1099-MISC form had directions to a portion of the form that had different nomenclature.
