Turbo tax was straight forward

TurboTax user for almost 10 years . . .

I've used Turbo Tax for almost 10 years. I find it generally easy though in combination with the tax codes, there are always some questions I have to get more information on before answering. Some parts of the program are more intuitive than others. Overall, I feel I can trust Turbo Tax to prepare my return correctly.

Very easy. I like that you can file your state returns using a different filing status than on your federal return. That was the deciding factor for me.

It’s okay

It is a good app to use unless you’re filing a past year. Won’t let you fix last years mistakes so it might look messy but that’s okay.
