Turbo tax is great except they keep pushing you to spend more. I already have taxes to pay I don't need extra expenses.

Difficult getting to see the tax forms even after payment was made. Some suggested corrections allude to 1099s with no name or account info yet they wanted to affect a correction. And, making you affect corrections on the rating - really.

TurboTax is The Way To Go!

Overall, we have had a very positive experience filing with TurboTax for many years. The directions are easy to follow, and the format no longer keeps interrupting us with requests to use your other products. Phone support helped us remember to clear our cache when we had freezing issues. Other phone support explained the terms of "free filing" when it was not apparent on the Intuit early deadline filing notice on the home page.

Hard to use

TurboTax has gotten worse since I last used it. It didn't prompt for credits I qualified for (home energy credits) and made errors importing documents that I wasn't able to fix. If you generally know how to do your taxes, I'd use another software.
