TurboTax is good but needs improvement

I use TurboTax every year and like it. HOWEVER, I find a number of problems every time I do my taxes, and this year was no different. You need more explanatory drop-down boxes to make it more logical, easy, and complete.

Overall a great Tax service although I didn't like the required $25 filing service fee at the end without any previous notice. And the constant requests to upgrade to a more expensive service level.

Overall, yes, it does simplify doing taxes compared to doing them by hand like in the old days. However, not sure how it came up with the numbers for my Estimated Federal taxes for next year. Should be simple ((taxes owed - taxes withheld)/4). Also, why can't I see my Estimated State Tax Payments from previous year in the STATE portion?? A few other little things could be done better ....

Taxes should not be a for-profit business, and especially gauging prices depending on the date before tax day. I should be able to get my full tax return without having to pay it all back to you. You should at least offer your free service no matter what the tax circumstances are. It's ridiculous.
