Everything is accurate but there should be more clarity in the 1099-r section when the same sources come through from last year. It looks like duplicates. It ends up being easier to drop existing records and import them again.

Once you get into it kinda runs smooth until you run into the review process and it notes that ‘needs fixing’ - then it can be struggle since you can’t look at the form turbo is referring to, and if you can see part of the form an explanation would be in order. Asking questions depends - easy question get easy answers, but when doing taxes I had no easy questions. I am thinking Turbo makes it somewhat difficult to see how the process is progressing is they are probably afraid the user would/could download or print out the return piecemeal.

So easy and straight forward. THey are constantly checking to make sure info is accurate and you are getting the best refund! Highly recommend especially if you have somewhat easy taxes to input. It took me about an 1.5hr to finish and was straightforward. Asked questions to make sure I was getting the most amount back. Do not hesitate and try TURBO TAX today!

TT is good!

Entering income was very confusing! I authorized Turbo Tax to access my investment bank accounts an extract the tax docs, but I was never sure it have done so! the program kept asking me to SAVE/EDIT the information. i had to enter the info manually! it was never clear what i needed to do! everything else was OKAY!
