Easy to use

Turbo Tax is very easy to use. Once you have all of your information it only takes a little over an hour to fill everything in it will even pull some of your information from the companies.

Website was easy to navigate. Links were easy to follow to IRS documents. Anything that was difficult to understand there were full breakdowns under the provided links and question marks.

Too much selling on TurboTax

I have used turbotax for many years. I used to love it, but I have found that there are many more times that Turbotax is upselling, and in fact making it hard to tell that they are upselling something. I find it annoying. Also it is designed to walk you through all possible tax scenarios, It is possible this just isn't the product for me anymore, I tend to know what I need to enter, I don't need turbotax to walk me through things. It is probably great for folks who don't want to pay attention to each tax law change, I like knowing that information and know how it impacts my taxes. When I sit down to file them, I just want to click to the pages I need.
