Upgrade ur format

All information should be placed into the system before any and all documents are reviewed when the system is filing the information that was placed should have been looked over by the document's that were uploaded previously and the information added automatically to all sectors of the tax laws.
I should not have to do my entire 1099-B format and information at the end of the procedure when filing when it could have been done doing the federal tax review and again and if necessary at the state tax review as well.
While I can understand that a last chance to review the relevant information is important the fact that I had to add additional information should have been caught before the doing the last steps of the filing and if it was ignored because the information provided by the organization or organization's seems wrong that is on the person.

I really liked using TURBO but your company gone cheap or something in regards to the upkeep of your software. I have trouble every year getting into my account with you guys and this year you guys actually lost my past word and probably account name as well, anyway I couldn't get into my own account and there was no way to contact your company to fix this!!!!!!! But if this happens again I have no choice but to use another Tax preparer services as much as I don't want to

Some issues with user friendliness

Mostly user-friendly. Had an issue with saying I was filing foreign income and wasn't allowing me to change it when it checked it. Same with the last residency. I had to go through EVERY TAB TO FIND IT! OMG!! Finding the last residency was easy, but finding where foreign income was listed, OMG!!! It took over 30 minutes of looking. The help was not helpful. I don't know why, but when it tells you there's an issue, it doesn't take you back to that section to fix it. It did take me back to every other section, but not those 2 sections.
