It was very easy to use and had helpful tips in most sections. However, I didn't like how there were so many promps to upgrade/pay more for the Turbo Tax services.

TurboTax is great

This was the first time that I used TurboTax online other than using a TurboTax CD. It was a little different than what I had expected. I wanted to get a copy of the amount that I had to pay the IRS that was charged to my debit bank account but I either missed the page to make a copy or it wasn't provided. Either way I have used TurboTax for well over 20 years and will continue to use it.
