Lots of Bugs & Hard Sales Pitches

We have been using TurboTax for over 20 years, and this is the buggiest it has ever been. It was duplicating entries, adding fields we didn't need and generally just not working very well. The changes since last year weren't good, and it felt like the software wasn't ready for launch.
In addition, it kept trying to get us to upgrade our product to a more expensive version. Ask me once, no thank you. Ask me twice, just no. Ask me more than that, you start to offend me.

Have used TurboTax for years. it is harder and harder to get around. never have had to upgrade and don't like the new format. next year I should b e able to use EZ and will be happier again
