Hope you get sued for a manipulative product

A $40 fee to pay to allow turbotax to use my return to pay for services? ridiculous.
Also the whole thing is a scam and a never-ending advertisement to get us to upgrade. I say no the whole time just to get to the end for it to say I can't continue unless I upgrade. I hope Turbo Tax gets sued.

turbotax is disappointing

Everything was super confusing this year and I was very disappointed in the fact that you basically force me to file my state taxes with you by taking the amount I owed to state taxes out of my federal tax refund and then tell me that the IRS will take the amount out of my checking account. it is very dishonest.

Turbo Tax is the best option out there for doing taxes. It's very user friendly and great with answers when you have a question. Whether it's just a simple tax return or business Turbo Tax has been it easy for everyone.

Works. Overpriced. Too many solicitations

Overall, I feel like it's overpriced for what you get - it's an online tax preparation software that follows a repeated process. It feels like that is too expensive. I don't need all the add up stuff and it's annoying that I have to say "no" multiple times through out the process. I've used Turbotax for over a decade, but I think I'll be shopping it around next year.
