Turbo Tax is extremely helpful in regard to answering questions about confusing tax documents and situations. Turbo Tax makes filing taxes manageable.

I don't like all the hidden fees. apparently i am poor enough that I need to pay out of pocket instead of just taking the fee out of my return. that's dumb.

Great product that guides you through every step of the process and double checks everything. Support is readily available and very helpful. I have used this product for many years and always find it easy to use.

Expensive and hidden fees

A lot of fees sneak up on you by the time you get to the end and are not very clear as you are going through it, such as the $40 fee to pay for the service with my return. $178 is an outrageous amount to pay for this service and I'll likely be using a different service next year
