I was on the phone today with a Turbo Tax expert for 1 1/2 hours, and sadly, forgot to get her name.
She was the most helpful and kind person, honestly, that I have dealt with in a long time. She took the time to explain things as we went along, and I went from a state of anxiety to one of being at ease. I would not have been able to complete my taxes without her.
The Turbo Tax product itself is great, but the premium help that is available, makes turbo tax a 5 star product.

sucks now that I cant link my bank account that made the process so easy. also the adds every section are so annoying. If Im gonna get nickel and dimed Id rather get somebody else to do it.
