Prices are outrageous

The product is great, but the fact that you require $200 from me just to do my duty as a U.S. citizen is pretty messed up. I will likely find a free option next year. If many others do the same, as I suspect they will, your new business strategy will unfortunately turn out to be very short-sighted. Turbo Tax was a refuge for those of us that can't afford other options, and now you are taking the product we know and love and making it costly, which is a perfect opportunity for a new (and still affordable) product to hit the market.

It has gotten worse every year. Use to be able to just import documents check em and move on but now yall cant add various as a date for stock purchases. Can't get the state ids. Cant get my address or zip on my forms. Plus the whole some forms don't qualify for efile with no explanation. You should give the exact reaso this is a common issue based on google results

I like that it brings in my information from last year. I really like being able to drop my documents as .pdf's and Turbo Tax is able to read the information off them.

it kept showing an available import, even after it was imported...it ended up duplicating information I then had to delete
