Turbo Tax is good and easy to use for most things

There are glitches in the way turbo tax attempts to handle RMD. The K-1 process was also a big problem

Too Expensive

It's cheaper to go to a person to file taxes, at least in my area. I don't think we will be using Turbo tax next year for this reason. Also, you think you are done and then they are asking for the previous years tax returns and driver license info, just a pain.
