Horrible platform makes things more complicated

Horrible experience. Was making me manually review all of the transactions involved with staking crypto when I did not even meet the requirement for filing and did not have to file. That wasted over 2 hours of my life. Then it did not specify or ask me if I the contributions I made to my HSA account were pre or post tax (deducted from my paycheck or deposited separately) which also added too much time. The platform told me I finished my return in under an hour when it clearly took nearly 4-5 hours. The estimated time shown to complete return is a complete lie to the point where the estimated time I had was 25% of the actual time it took.

formats and update were not good. also fees needs to be disclosed in the beginning
