Really straight forward process and easy to use. Very detailed as well. I have a home and one rental property and it took me 90 min to complete.

Don't ask about the "how you're doing portion" during the return. It's annoying to have to click out of it.

Nefarious UI

Good UI, easy enough to use. Extremely irritating that you charge such a premium for this product YET you encumber it with numerous attempts to swindle people into giving up data or funneling them to use other financial products, while absolutely BURYING any UI paths to skip or disregard those functions. Ruins the UX and makes customers like me dislike Intuit and TurboTax.
