Very easy to use with TurboTax step by step guide. I have used TurboTax for 10 years and it makes tax time so much easier

Easy process but they need to refrain from saying free when it will charge at minimum $89 and a $40 transaction fee if you want the fee deducted from your refund.

bait, hook and switch

I selected to file on my own using turbo tax's free option, every chance I opted not to use the premium, after two hours of being on their website entering the same information multiple times I was locked into cutting them $276 from my refund or starting over from scratch. At that point I was ready to just get this off my plate and bit the bullet paying them to avoid having to go through the process all over again in hopes I wouldn't be financially violated or have to go pay a tax professional. This year felt like a real scam, will likely consider using a tax professional next year
