Turbo Tax is great at hidden fees!

Website is easy to use. Unsure why you claim to file for free when you charge people 3 different fee amounts. You should put that in your commercial.

Not a good experience. It's not just grabbing the necessary boxes and numbers. You're making me do math too. Not to mention that while some form fields that are supposed to be left blank if they are empty, I was unable to leave blank. Taxes aren't something that I understand to begin with and TurboTax, the product that I purchase to supposedly make my life easier, did not make it any easier. I'm definitely trying a new service next year.
