TurboTax keeps things simple and worry-free. As someone who has severe anxiety, the simplicity of TurboTax doing all the calculations accurately is much appreciated.

Works well. Handles my weird crypto mining side business stuff fine. Takes care of the normal W-2 stuff as expected.
