I've used Turbo Tax for years! Always been quick and easy! They double and triple check my taxes! If I am unsure about anything the help icon has lots of examples and answers to my questions.

Some foreign banks do not have FEIN number. Making it mandatory is not a good user experience.

I wish they were more transparent with prices

I hate how they upcharge you in the middle of preparing taxes. They make it feel like you're doing everything right and then you have some interest or something and they won't file your taxes properly unless you pay them another $50 on top of the $50 you're already paying. It's such a sucker punch every year.
