I have been using Turbo tax since I was single and it has always been easy and I have always felt I understood my taxes, and with age and changes in life Turbo Tax has still been there to help me through the process.

Repeat customer abused

I've used them for 8 years in a row but even if you want to ask a simple question they expect you to upgrade and $180. Only reason I use it is it is very convenient but this is probably my last year ever using them because of the simple need to ask a basic question they demanded I pay for premium service. Never again.

Great service, but sucks how much they charge for the freaking "free" version. $139 just to file basic taxes with the "free" version.
